Alta looks ahead to anticipate project challenges, understanding the importance of being proactive, responsive and timely, so as to minimize development costs and schedule increases. Typically, projects are assigned two dedicated project managers: a geologist and an engineer. The project manager(s) will staff the various projects with appropriate personnel, which includes staff geologists, engineers and field technicians. In addition, the project engineer stays in communication with the Laboratory Manager to ensure that any special accommodations required for the various projects can be achieved on or ahead of schedule and to ensure that all laboratory test results are reviewed.
